This campaign led by two spots actively contributed to an increase in over 15% brand awareness for GoTo during its launch phase. Our main aim was to increase awareness and consideration along with web traffic. Emotionally, it was imperative we brought a modern and energetic feel to assist in combating research that showed certain LogMeIn products were starting to garner an antiquated feel before the company rebranding to GoTo.

We targeted IT professionals, particularly decision-makers, by depicting the end users they typically support. We saw these characters experiencing the ease of our products in today’s increasingly hybrid work environment.
