Who said utilities can’t be sexy?
When PSEG Long Island invited us to support their Time-of-Use initiative, we recognized the challenges ahead. Addressing low brand sentiment and the general reluctance of consumers to adjust to energy provider requests, we worked tirelessly to understand customer perspectives through interviews and focus groups. Subsequently, we launched a campaign aimed at promoting the initiative, educating Long Island residents about potential cost savings, and encouraging their involvement in advancing clean energy on the island.
